Case Studies
Here are a few of our latest projects:
Global Renewables
A 2 billion pound project to recycle house hold waste in Lancashire, with processing plants in Leyland and Thornton and an education centre and admin building in Leyland.
Workplace Centre supplied all the furniture for both processing plants, such as office furniture, changing room furniture, canteen furniture, fist aid room facilities, storage and racking, notice boards, laboratory furniture, meeting room furniture. During the process we worked along side the architect to design bespoke furniture for the education centre which included the use of recycled materials IE doors made from recycled plastic bottles and old CD disks. The reception countertop was made from scrap off cuts of various hard woods with a glass front made from old melted down bottle glass. This was all done to keep in line with company`s`recycling ethos.
